This is the base plate you would choose to bolt your adjustable house stump down onto concretewhere additional racking strength (stability) is required. A 14mm bolt hole (for M12 anchors) on each corner of the baseplate giving you greater stability than the 2 Hole variant. Installation is straightforward using a chemical anchoring fastener or anchor screw.
